Profile and experience of HEDO has been mentioned with the following points.

Health & Education Development Organization was established on January 03, 1999. Its working council consists upon eleven members. Seven are executives and for are workers. All issues are settled in democratic way to avoid any ambiguities. It was registered by Social-department in 2002. its main objects are to provide health facilities and educate the people and increase the rate of literacy. HEDO members have received many training.. they provide awareness to the community, so this chain of training and awareness could be continued. Many inhabitants come with several problems and appropriate solution is advised to them. This service is quite free of cost. Free medical camps arranged in the villages for better health of the villagers. We also celebrate the national days as well. We deliver lectures in the morning assemblies to increase leadership qualities among the students in the school. Sewing center has been established for the ladies for their betterment. HEDO members work voluntarily. Some staff members are paid who are useful for the organization. Dr. Gul Pervaiz Akhter Ghauri has done a record work as facilitator with FAUP. He also pointed out bottle – necks of election 2001 in the press conference. He has also received many interfaith training in Rawalpindi with the collaboration of Christian Study Centre – Islamabad (CSC). He also acted as master trainer. He is also the member of advocacy council of Faisalabad in which many issues are discussed. He received training for labor rights from PILLER Pakistan, family planning training with the information of aid, TB, HIV in FPAP, interfaith training in CSC and girl child training in UNICIEF. All these trainings have been received by Aamal organization Islamabad. Our trainees have become trainer to continue the training process with community.
